Our light, airy and high-spec gym surpasses any expectations of a typical martial arts academy. Kitted out with the latest bags, speedballs, strength and conditioning equipment and full- sized sparring ring, it’s also a modern, comfortable space where you’ll enjoy training.

Head Coach Mark Russell at the Gym

We've put a lot of thought into planning the gym so that it is as well-equipped and designed for fighters as it is comfortable and modern for Pilates students and safe and welcoming for children.  It's with the same thought process that we have employed our coaches from the Head Coach and owner 4 x World champion Mark Russell who teaches Thai Boxing and Boxing, to our Strength and Conditioning Coach, Will, who has a masters in Sports Physiology, to our Children's Coach Debra whose day job is as a senior manager working in children's health. Our Pilates and Yoga instructors are advanced practisioners and cover a wide spectrum of classes from rehabilitation to pregnancy.

The gym offers a complete solution for every aspect of your physical development and improvement and is as well equipped for the beginner who wants to tone up and lose a few pounds, to the elite athlete who wants to progress to the next level, to the amateur or semi-pro fighter. Our classes have all been chosen to complement each other either in the pursuit of making the combat students quicker, more powerful fighters or in aiding non-combat students in feeling and looking better. For example Thai-Bo and Pilates are natural partners as the former offers cardio and toning whilst the latter improves flexibility and core stability; Thai Boxing is excellent for cardio, strength, endurance, and stamina and this is further developed by classes such as MRT and TRX.
