Thai Boxing - Boxing - BJJ - Circuits -Strength

We offer combat and non-combat classes for men. Non combat include circuits, strength training and yoga/pilates (it's more challenging than you think). Our male students can choose to train in mixed or male-only classes and take part in one, or all, of the different combat sports we offer.  For example, for those interested in mixed martial arts (also called UFC), many of the sport’s leading fighters come from a background in Thai boxing combined with BJJ.

Each of the three combat sports we train in will build lean muscle, increase fitness, speed and power but whilst Thai Boxing and Boxing are stand-up sports, BJJ is based mainly on floor grappling. One of the many benefits of training with the Chongi Academy is that you have access to all three and can try out any combination to see what suits you.

 

Your current age and fitness levels are not important as we train you specifically to suit your requirements and goals and everyone, EVERYONE, is exhausted and has learnt something by the end of class.
