Thai Boxing
There’s nothing like a good ‘kick ass’ workout and Thai Boxing is the perfect way to kick yourself into shape. Thai Boxing utilizes kicks, punches, knees and elbows to build strength, stamina, fitness, tone and weight loss. And unlike many other martial arts, its blocking methods don’t require power or size – just technique and whole lot of focus. Thai Boxing therefore is perfect for all ages, sizes and teaches the art of self defense at the same time. Kickin!

Brazilian Ju-Jitsu (BJJ)
Here’s a martial art everyone can get to grips with. Brazilian Ju-Jitsu – also known as BJJ and Gracie Jiu-Jitsu – offers a self-defense system that focuses on grappling and ground combat. The beauty of BJJ is that it’s designed to enable individuals to successfully defend themselves against a bigger, stronger assailant. It’s not about strength – it’s about technique and mind over matter.

Thai-Bo
Not to be mistaken for SuBo from BGT, Thai-Bo is an awesomely different way to lose the pounds, get fit and stay motivated when other forms of aerobic exercise just ain’t ‘cutting it’. Thai-Bo is quick-paced without the monotony of a treadmill. Use your whole body, all of your muscles, co-ordination and technique in a boxercise-style class where you’ll learn how to punch, kick and move – to music (but not necessarily that of Susan Boyle)!

Pilates
From beginners to experienced athletes, Pilates is essential for building core muscle strength and posture – the key to a fit and sensational physique. Pilates helps with all other training because it’s made up of a series of body conditioning routines that seek to build flexibility, endurance and co-ordination – making exercise less strenuous whilst reducing the risk of injury. Complement your training with Pilates – and compliment your body’s results.

Power Development
You may be wondering, why would anyone want to train solely for power? The answer lies in the research: Various studies in exercise science have shown that the more power you possess, the stronger you’ll be when it comes time to put some real weight on the bar, as power and strength go hand in hand. And the stronger you are for a one-rep max lift (1RM), typically the stronger you’ll be for an 8- or 10-rep max. This, of course, translates directly to muscle growth which in turn boost strength and size. We will establish the most effective form and monitor your progress, challenging you to your limits to enable you to make the most of every session you do.
