The Pitt – giving you that extra push
You could say it’s the centre of attention, the heart of the gym, indeed the hub to the extra fitness hubbub at The Team Chongi Academy. What does that mean exactly? In simple terms, this is the powerhouse of the gym. It provides those, who require a more intensive programme of training, the help to achieve their ultimate goals during their weekly regime within the rest of the gym.
At an efficient 45 minutes a session, you’ll be put through high intensity interval training specifically designed around your goals, your programme and your physical ability, agility and mental stamina. And what does PITT stand for? Persistence. Integrity. Tenacity. Teamwork. So with that in mind, you’ll have, as you would expect, specially trained coaches to get your mind focused, your body ready and your adrenaline levels more stratospheric than a NASA space shuttle.
The thing to remember is that this is specifically for you. It’s a purpose-built arena whereby bespoke training meets ultra-cool, state-of-the-art, functional equipment, qualified coaching experts and you. All culminating to deliver beneficial and measured results you can call your own, pushing you ever forward in your on-going training programme – be it stand alone training or to compliment additional classes you take at the gym.
